World Health Organization (WHO) designated the 16th of October every year as World Spine Day.
World Spine Day highlights the importance of spinal health and well-being.
Promotion of physical activity, good posture, responsible lifting, and healthy working conditions will all feature as people are encouraged to look after their spines and stay active.
Effective management and prevention are therefore key and World Spine Day will be encouraging people to take steps to be kind to their spines.

Event 1. Spine Drawing Picture Contest
- You have to draw a picture of the spine or you can make a model of the spine with your family, friends, or acquaintances, in order to recognize the importance of the spine.

- Method: Online (Ceragem Official YouTube Channel)
- Date & Time: 16th October / From 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.
Ceragem Spine Month Event will be held for customer’s spine health management in celebration of WHO Spine Day by Implementing a Customer Participation Event with the Purpose of Customer Health (Physical/Social/Mental) management and recognizing the importance of the Spine.
Ceragem practices the Physical/Social/Mental health, definition of health provided by WHO.
You can participate in the Ceragem Spine Month Event by sending a Spine Drawing or making a video introducing the Ceragem Master V3 usage method at your home.
Moreover, Ceragem is conducting the Special Lecture on Spine by Dr. Ashish Kumar Shrivastav, the Spine Specialist on the Ceragem Official YouTube Channel.
