We collect personal information from users in different categories to facilitate the functionality of the App. The information is grouped as follows:
A. Center Owner Information
We collect the following personal data from center owners when they create an account or use the App:
- Identification Information: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Profile Picture
- Contact Information: Email Address, Phone Number
- Center Details: Center Name, Center Address, Center SAP ID, GSTIN, Area, Zone, Location, Designation, Center Opening Date
- Account Information: Password (encrypted), Social Media Login Information (Google, Facebook, or Apple)
- Any other information provided by Center Owner while using the application/web panel.
B. Center Staff Information
When center owners add staff to the App, the following personal data is collected:
- Identification Information: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Profile Picture
- Contact Information: Phone Number, Email Address, Address
- Employment Information: Designation
- Account Information: Password (encrypted)
- Any other information provided by Center Staff while using the application/web panel OR any other information added by Center Owner on behalf of staff.
C. Customer Information
When center owners add customers or manage their data within the App, the following personal data is collected:
- Identification Information: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Profile Picture
- Contact Information: Phone Number, Email Address
- Referral Information: Family Code (Referral Code from an existing user)
- Location Information: Address Details
- Account Information: Password (encrypted)
- Other Information: Any other data provided by the customer to the center owner while creating their account.
For customers who create their own account using the Ceragem Well Life App, the collection and processing of data are governed by the privacy policy associated with that app.
2. How We Use the Information
The personal information collected is used for the following purposes:
A. General Uses
- Service Delivery: To provide core functionalities of the App such as customer check-ins, analytics, and account management.
- User Authentication: Verify the identity of center owners, staff, and customers to ensure secure access to the App.
- Communication: Send notifications, updates, or alerts to users based on their roles (e.g., center updates, staff alerts, or feedback requests).
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of the center using real-time data and historical trends.
- Compliance: Collect necessary data to comply with any legal requirements.
B. Center Owner Data
- Account Management: Data is used to create, verify, and manage the center owner’s account and allow secure access to the App.
- Operational Management: Information related to center operations (e.g., machine updates, customer check-ins, and staff management) is processed to ensure smooth center management.
- Personalization: The App uses center-specific details to personalize the user experience and improve efficiency in managing the center.
C. Center Staff Data
- Role Assignment: Center staff data is used to manage their roles and permissions within the App, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to specific functionalities.
- Employee Tracking: Information about staff is collected and processed to monitor staff activities in the app and facilitate internal communication.
- Service Tracking: Customer data is collected to track customer visits, health progress, and interaction with the center.
- Customer Management: Center owners use this data to manage customer profiles, check-ins, and feedback.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal information based on the following legal bases:
- Contractual Necessity: The processing of center owner, staff, and customer information is necessary to provide the services outlined in the App’s terms and conditions.
- Legitimate Interests: We process data to improve the App’s functionality, security, and user experience.
- Consent: We rely on user consent for sending promotional updates, newsletters, and non-essential notifications.
4. Consent to Privacy Policy and Terms
By creating an account and using the App, center owners, staff, and customers explicitly agree to this Privacy Policy and the App’s terms and conditions. During the account creation process, users are required to review and accept this Privacy Policy and related terms to proceed with using the App’s features.
5. Data Protection
We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your data. We take reasonable technical, physical, and administrative measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. However, despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take necessary measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Storage and Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal information, including:
- Encryption: All sensitive information, including passwords, is encrypted during transmission and storage.
- Access Control: Center owners control staff access rights, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to specific data.
- Regular Security Audits: We periodically review and enhance our security practices to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
- Data Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Once your data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted.
However, we do not offer any guarantees regarding the complete security of your data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

The Center App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under the age of 18, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. If you believe that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately.
9. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access: You can request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: You can correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information. For the same you can contact Head Office directly.
- Right to Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data by using the “Delete Account” feature within the App. Please note that while this action initiates the deletion process, it may not completely remove your data from our servers immediately. We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations and provide our services.
- Right to Data Portability: You can export your customer data to an Excel file for external use.
- Right to Object: You can object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes or other non-essential activities.
- Right to Restriction: You have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data under certain conditions.
10. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may disclose your data under the following circumstances:
