Welcome to Ceragem Well Life. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of the app and outline your rights and responsibilities.

1. Purpose of the App

The Ceragem Well Life app is designed to streamline the physical processes at our centers by allowing customers to manage their experiences online. With the app, you can:

  • Create and manage your Ceragem account.
  • Perform check-ins at centers.
  • Track and view your daily stats.
  • Receive and view notices from center owners or the Head Office.
  • Share feedback and communicate with center owners or the Head Office.
  • Receive push notifications, read blogs, and watch videos.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of Ceragem Well Life, you are responsible for:

  • Providing Accurate Information: When creating your account, you must provide accurate and truthful information (e.g., name, email, phone number).
  • Maintaining Your Account: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and secure. We recommend creating a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Compliance with Guidelines: You agree to comply with any guidelines or rules that apply to the use of Ceragem centers, including the use of the app for check-ins, feedback, and other features.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3. Account Creation and Security

To use certain features of the app, you must create an account. When creating your account:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Your password must meet our security requirements (include uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Ceragem reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or the rules of any Ceragem center.

4. Feedback and User-Generated Content

You have the ability to submit feedback after completing your therapy session, which can be done 120 minutes after checking in at a Ceragem center. By submitting feedback, you agree that:

  • Data Storage: Your feedback and any other content you provide will be securely stored in our database.
  • Use of Content: We may use your feedback for promotional purposes. Ceragem also reserves the right to delete user-generated content when necessary (e.g., to reduce server load).

We encourage respectful and constructive feedback that adheres to the app’s community standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Ceragem Well Life app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Ceragem India Pvt Ltd. You acknowledge that:

  • You do not have any ownership rights to the content or materials within the app.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app’s content without express permission from Ceragem India Pvt Ltd.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

6. Third-Party Services

Ceragem Well Life integrates with third-party services such as Google, Facebook, and Apple for login purposes. While we take reasonable steps to prevent data breaches and ensure security:

  • Ceragem India Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including, but not limited to, loss of data, service interruptions, or data breaches.
  • Ceragem disclaims any liability for third-party content, services, or actions.

8. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

Ceragem reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies set by Ceragem or its centers.
  • Misuse of the app or any Ceragem services, including inappropriate behavior, fraudulent activities, or security breaches.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to your data and services provided by the app.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute:

  • You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
  • Ceragem reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies in response to violations of these terms or unauthorized use of the app or services.
