Terms and Conditions for Ceragem Center Owner App

Welcome to the Ceragem Center Owner App. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of the app and outline your rights and responsibilities.

1. Purpose of the App

The Ceragem Center Owner App is designed to assist center owners in managing their operations and improving customer experiences. With the app, you can:

  • Create and manage your center owner account.
  • Check in customers via QR code or manual entry.
  • Track customer visit data and analytics.
  • Communicate with customers and the Head Office.
  • Manage staff and access promotional materials, etc.

By using the app, you agree to these terms and to abide by the guidelines and policies of Ceragem India Pvt Ltd.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Ceragem Center Owner App, you are responsible for:

  • Providing Accurate Information: When creating your account, you must provide accurate and truthful information (e.g., name, email, center details).
  • Maintaining Your Account: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and secure. We recommend creating a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Compliance with Guidelines: You agree to comply with any guidelines or rules that apply to the operation of Ceragem centers, including the use of the app for customer management and data analytics.
  • Data Protection and Privacy: You are responsible for ensuring that customer data accessed through the app is used in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Any misuse of customer data will be considered a breach of these terms, and you may be held legally liable for such actions.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3. Account Creation and Security

To use certain features of the app, you must create an account. When creating your account:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Your password must meet our security requirements (include uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. You can contact Head Office from time to time for updating any of your details.

Ceragem reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or the rules of any Ceragem center.

4. Feedback and User-Generated Content

You have the ability to submit feedback regarding customer experiences and app performance. By submitting feedback, you agree that:

  • Data Storage: Your feedback and any other content you provide will be securely stored in our database.
  • Use of Content: We may use your feedback for promotional purposes. Ceragem also reserves the right to delete user-generated content when necessary (e.g., to reduce server load).

We encourage respectful and constructive feedback that adheres to the app’s community standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Ceragem Center Owner App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Ceragem India Pvt Ltd. You acknowledge that:

  • You do not have any ownership rights to the content or materials within the app.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app’s content without express permission from Ceragem India Pvt Ltd.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

Ceragem Center Owner App is provided “as is,” and Ceragem India Pvt Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app’s performance or availability. To the extent permitted by law:

  • Ceragem India Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including, but not limited to, loss of data, service interruptions, or data breaches.
  • Ceragem disclaims any liability for third-party content, services, or actions.

8. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

Ceragem reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies set by Ceragem or its centers.
  • Misuse of the app or any Ceragem services, including inappropriate behavior, fraudulent activities, or security breaches.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to your data and services provided by the app.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute:

  • You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
