Due to the nature of the product, CERAGEM products once sold cannot be returned or refunded.
In the unlikely event that the Customer receives a damaged or defective product, the Customer may raise an exchange request within 5 days from the date of receiving the product.
Upon receiving an exchange request, the product will be inspected by the Company/authorized representative to verify the reported damage or defect.
If the product or relevant part is found to be defective and unrepairable after inspection, the Company may provide an exchange, subject to the applicable warranty terms and Company policy.
The exchange/replacement of any product or part shall be subject to the applicable warranty terms. Damage caused due to misuse, improper installation, negligence, unauthorized repair or failure to follow the Product Manual may not be covered. For products used for commercial purposes, including use in business establishments, rental facilities, or for providing paid services, the warranty period shall be limited to six (6) months from the date of purchase, subject to the applicable warranty terms and laws. CERAGEM India reserves the right to deny warranty claims for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, negligence, unauthorised repair, or failure to follow the Product Manual.
The Customer is required to use the product strictly in accordance with the Product Manual, including the applicable operating instructions, warnings, precautions and contraindications.
Products purchased under promotional schemes shall also be governed by the applicable terms and conditions of the respective promotional scheme.
Nothing in this policy shall limit any rights available to the Customer under applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
