Product Warranty Conditions
- Subject to the conditions of this limited warranty, Ceragem warrants this product to be free from defects in design, material, and workmanship at the time of its original purchase by the consumer. This limited warranty will last for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product.
- That Certain services or wear & tear parts may be charged even if the limited warranty is valid.
- This limited warranty is valid only if the original proof of purchase for this product, issued by an authorized distributor, specifying the date of purchase and serial number, is presented along with the warranty card for repair or replacement.
- This product is intended for personal use only. The warranty period may be reduced to 6 months or void if used for commercial purposes or under inappropriate circumstances.
- The limited warranty will be automatically voided if the product has been repaired or tampered with by any unauthorized personnel.
- The limited warranty does not cover accidents caused by customer carelessness or misuse.
- The limited warranty is valid only within India and shall not be reissued.
- This product is under the warranty governed by the Consumer Protection Act (as amended up to date).
- The company stocks parts for this product for 3 years after the date of final production (5 years for key parts).
- Please contact the nearest Ceragem retailer or service center with your warranty card if you experience any trouble with the product.
