How to Relax Your Spine?
The spinal cord must be given proper rest where both the parts of the body, i.e. upper and lower, lie down properly. Lying down in the correct posture and stretching the spine disk space reduces the pressure on the disk and relieves nerve pressure. It not only reduces the nerve excitement but smoothens the blood flow of brain arteries and reduces the fast-pacing heart rate. Also, the warmth of the heat increases the core temperature and induces mental and physical relaxation.
