- Discontinuation of Ceratonic Mat Ceraball S1

This notice is to officially inform all concerned that Ceratonic Mat Ceraball S1 (CGM EMT-SS1401) has been discontinued with effect from 23 December 2025.
Please be assured that after-sales service (A/S) for the Ceratonic Mat Ceraball S1 will continue for up to one (1) year from the date of shipment, in accordance with our established after-sales service policy.
For any questions regarding this discontinuation or for information on alternative products, please feel free to contact our Marketing Support Team (A/S). We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to continuing our valued relationship.
Due to the nature of the product, this product cannot be returned or refunded.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, request for exchange should be raised within 5 days of receiving the product, once request is raised our team will review your request and inspect the item. We’re happy to exchange the item for a new one in case the product or the part is unrepairable.
